The Nuovo String Quartet is Indigo Talent’s premier string quartet to perform chamber music to fill a local niche. Their humble beginnings eventually brought them to the frontiers of prestigious events as they are repeatedly engaged to perform for dignitaries such as kings and queens, prime ministers and sultans, as well as ambassadors from foreign countries.
Over the last two decades, it is their excellent showmanship and unique selection of music which have brought them great acclaims and approval from the audience. Their repertoire covers a wide range of music from classical and jazz to pop and easy listening.
As individuals, the members of the Nuovo String Quartet have appeared on television as supporting and accompanying musicians for local celebrities and international pop stars. They have also recorded music accompaniments for various CD recording artistes.
